Meet Ray Alexander

Ray brings to Rand Wilson Group more than three decades of hands-on experience and a proven track record in the industry. In addition to his role as a successful real estate investor and developer, broker, and manager, and certified Florida Real Estate Instructor, Ray possesses a comprehensive business background that enhances his capabilities.

Ray's journey in real estate investment and development commenced in Hilton Head, South Carolina, where he served as a Broker for ClubCorp of America. He steadily progressed in his career, eventually assuming a prominent position with the Ritz-Carlton Club in Jupiter, Florida. From 2008 to 2020, Ray held the role of Broker/Owner for the Engel & Völkers franchise in South Tampa. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in earning Engel & Völkers recognition as the "#1 Top Workplace" by the Tampa Bay Times and achieving "Best of Zillow" status as a Premier Broker.

Beyond his impressive professional achievements, Ray has completed post-graduate studies to earn dual master's degrees. He is also a devoted father of three and an alumnus of Arizona State University, where he excelled as a full scholarship athlete in football, serving as a quarterback. Ray holds professional licenses as a Florida Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Instructor, and a Private Pilot License, further demonstrating his commitment to excellence in multiple fields.
